Coronavirus Day 10 of quarantine after developing symptoms, Minneapolis, MN, USA

I am currently on day 10 of quarantine after developing COVID-19 symptoms. This is my experience so far. 12 days ago, I developed a mild cough and congestion. This is common for me, since I have moderate/severe seasonal allergies. I was already social distancing, but out of caution I started wearing a mask in public (bus, grocery, lab). Face with medical mask In hindsight I'm really glad I did.Somewhere in days 3/4 my cough and headache worsened. I developed some pretty severe GI symptoms and my fever was still clocking in around 99.3. So I'm hanging in there, managing symptoms, staying home, spending quality time with my partner and our cat. On day 8, my fever broke - hooray! I went a full 24 hours clocking in around 98.6 (the pinnacle of health, obviously). I was feeling good. I even did some yoga in my living room because I was tired of sitting around. I was feeling confident that I was recovering.
Yesterday morning (day 9) I woke up feeling faint and dizzy. My fever was back in the low 99 range and I couldn't take a full breath. Dry cough was back, and I started to feel winded after walking from my desk to my fridge. It's hard to explain how scary that is.
After a few hours of this, I once again contacted my doctors and got an immediate prescription for a new inhaler and steroids. At this point, I still cannot be tested, but am presumed to have COVID-19. Fortunately, my partner has no symptoms so far.
