my husband and i receive ssi and our water bill went from 45.00-52.00 a month to 82-86 a month now for the same amout of water used . i dont have a dishwasher and i do wash one load of laundry a day and it is just my husband and i living here now, i would hate to see what our bill would be with 2 daughters still at home. we are not the only ones this is affecting in our community it is everybody. we already get the heat program what is next a water bill program to help us pay our bill?
