and will not give me any info on ita package appeared with a SMART BAND 7 as a mystery gift. I did not order, do not know who it came from and when I email support they say they can't tell me anything.

I just received a similar package from the same party. Did any of you order the End of Year sale of returned items from Amazon? This may have been a "Bait and Switch" scam.

Did you happen to place an order for one of those Amazon liquidation pallets? They usually contain a variety of items that have been returned or are surplus stock.
That is EXACTLY what it is. I ordered one of these as well and got a pair of wireless earbuds... worth maybe 1/3 of what I paid.. 🤬

Happened to me as well..check your spam folder for the shipping info.. i just filed a report on these scammers..i paid $49 +$8 in shipping and got a ten dollarvsetnof earbuds...

Yep its a scam. I ordered an Amazon mystery box. I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered today. I recieved some cheap earbuds in a Lucky Box case. Address says Warehouse Manager in Inglewood CA. $60 im out of. Lesson learned.

I received a mystery box with earbuds from glikeo. I did not order. I ordered a mystery PALLET from Amazon for $50 and have not received.
I paid 60 bucks for a mystery box and got a cheep nock off ear buds. Lesson learned!

I ordered a small mystery Amazon box, didn’t know it would be this small. One item came today, a Smart Band 7. The post showed a box with many items, not just one piece of crap! Bummer.
