Company claiming to be Kay Jewelers, Kay jewelry Facebook

Obviously I was being cautious but for a company to claim they were a Kay Jewelry website and they aren't how I'd that legal? They are stealing from people didn't get ring I ordered and its fake it's obviously a scam and needs to be held accountable 746 S. Glasgow ave Inglewood California is the address and it pops up on Google maps.
