Clothing ordered from Face Book Kohl’s store in July 2023 has never arrived. My VISA shows it was charged to PHP*outletsfi Hong Kong, I have a couple other numbers but none seem to be a tracking number and like someone else said it goes to Kohl’s but you don’t get anywhere!!! Since it was an ad by Kohl’s I thought it could be trusted, guess I’ve lost quite a bit that I couldn’t afford to lose!!!
