Cleveland Clinic is making workers come in while they await covid results. If they don’t come in they are given attendance points and no pay. I recently got a covid test and I wasn’t aware pay while waiting for results was discontinued in late October despite cases rising in Ohio. In addition you get penalized for not coming in while awaiting results as well.
