I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and safety of the work by Clean and Simple Solar Solutions, LLC. During the cleaning of my solar panels, they caused significant damage to my roof. Here are the specific issues I encountered:Pressure Wash Marks: There are visible pressure wash marks all over my roof. It is evident that the cleaning was not done carefully, and the high-pressure water has left unsightly marks.
Broken Tiles: Tiles were blown off my roof during the cleaning process. I found tiles scattered everywhere, indicating a lack of care and attention to the integrity of the roof.
Roof Leaks: As a result of the damage caused, my roof now leaks. This is a serious issue that has caused water damage inside my home.
I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious when considering Clean and Simple Solar Solutions, LLC. Their lack of professionalism and care has led to significant and costly damage to my property. Which they refuse to pay for!
Be careful with this company!

Yes, this is what happened to me too. But they no longer return my calls. I heard from my neighbors that they are hiring people from Juarez to do the work for cheap. Now my roof and solar panels are damaged, and I have to pay to get it fixed!
I made the mistake of using these guys cause they were super cheap! I'm paying for it now. They used low quality wire mesh to pigeon proof my roof. It turned out they didn't properly secure it to the solar panels and it ripped off one of my solar panels on a windy day a couple months ago. I called them but they are no where to be found. When they were answering my calls they told they would swing by to fix it but never came. The guy who made the appointment with my was Loyd or Floyd. Avoid them or pay the price. Its been nothing buy a headache!
More like Clean and Simple Solar Scammers! I let them on my roof to clean my solar panels, they told me a few solar panels were damaged. They were the ones who installed my panels last year! Now they are trying to charge me an arm and a leg to replace them. I thought their warranty covered it! Damn Liars!
Avoid Clean & Simple Solar Solutions at all costs! After selling me my Solar Panels 3 Years ago. I bought their pigeon proofing service. I didn't catch it at first, but I noticed my solar panel was sitting a little higher than the others looking at it from the street. I climbed up to take a better look, and the solar panel was torn up underneath. I now have water damage all over my attic with brown spots forming on my ceilings. I called them about this, and they wouldn't even come out to take a look. They aren't answering my calls now, and I'm getting ready to take legal. action. Watch out!
