This order shows up on my credit card statement as "chicbeautyekh". I ordered a dozen items of womens clothing, accessories, and home goods on January 4, 2024. I received an email confirmation with a tracking number that went to www.818track**** where I watched the stages of an order being processed. 33 days later, my order shows "Delivered" although I had not received. I was told the order was signed for, but they could not give me info regarding who signed or where it was delivered.
