Clarion in Holland Oh is working the workers they have, to a dangerous state, go in for 3pm work until 3am be back at 11am all while management doesn’t have a clue how to manage a battery factory. The place is extremely hot in summer and they just cut the. They hold it against you if you were off with covid, people who have worked there 15yrs or more are quitting.please someone help the workers it’s a high lead environment and the company does not care, no fans well close to thousands degrees heat,
