I received the same ones. I believe this is related to an order I placed through Facebook for a portable space heater/fan. I have no idea how to proceed.

That makes sense. I ordered the same fan and after determining it was a scam, I wrote it off (although I can't find that they charged any of my credit cards/Paypal for the item)
