I received a package I did not order from this company. I figured out what happened. I ordered from a Facebook ad that said it was HSN and I received an item that has the same tracking number I was provided but it’s not what I ordered. This is a scam through Facebook.

if this is the same hsn website i ordered an ice machine and have not received it. fb has too many scam companies operating on their website. this is the 3rd time i'm being scammed. by 3 different companies
