I ordered 3 wood alphabet banks and got this pen—-I didn’t know what it was and certainly didn’t order it. Having problem getting my money back. I have messaged back and forth with them (China) at least 10 times with no results. They don’t want to refund me the $10.99 shipping but I shouldn’t have to pay shipping on something I never received (never got the alphabet banks). I certainly learned my lesson in ordering something from Facebook instead of a reputable company. Very frustrating‼️‼️‼️
