I made an initial order which I thought was 2 bottles of the gummies on December27th thinking it would be about 50 dollars - which turned out to be 5 bottles at a cost of $198.78! I received the order on January 6th and proceeded to take the gummies - I not only didn't lose any weight but in fact gained 2 pounds! Today I got a notice from my credit card company for an unauathorized charge of another $198.78 for another shipment. So I called the "customer hot line" at (844)200-5072 which was noted on the packing slip. I complained about the unauthorized charge but the person I talked to said I would have to wait until I received the product then call them to return it. Then he cancelled my so called subscription. I also asked about returning the unused 3 containers but the person said I couldn't because it was over the 30-days ... I didn't receive the product until January 6th but he said it is 30 days from the day of order. This is just a reminder of why I don't like to order anything online! The crooks and scammers of this world are taking over and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it.
