I assume this is a scam company based on my experience.

I ordered crystal mugs that were shipped from Ceathers Lottys at 3646 S. Walcott Ave., Chicago, IL 60609. When they finally arrived (weeks late) , they smelled heavily of chemicals - so much so that I guarantee they are unsafe to drink from. They are also not real…not even realistic.

I tried contacting the company several times about initiating a return, but can’t get a response.
