Camp chair scam off Facebook - Yarene Scam, Nebraska, USA

I ordered two camp chairs off an ad on Facebook. Weeks later I received a tiny scarf instead with a declared value of $5.00 via the import note from China which was shipped to this address. Notified the credit card company but now see several similar experiences when Googling company name - Yarene.
