I am writing to formally report a serious safety concern involving a kitchen staff member at Cabo Bob's, located at 1810 Fountain View Dr, Houston, TX 77057.While I was walking toward and entering the restaurant, a kitchen staff member driving a vehicle nearly ran me over. As a pedestrian, I had the right of way. Instead of yielding, the individual proceeded aggressively and then triple-parked as if they owned the property, creating an unsafe and unprofessional environment.
This behavior is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. Employees operating vehicles on or near the premises should be trained to prioritize pedestrian safety at all times. The lack of caution shown could have resulted in a serious injury.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed promptly and that appropriate action be taken to ensure this does not happen again. Customers should be able to access Cabo Bob's without fear of being harmed due to staff negligence.
