I got ripped off of $61.61 on January 23,2025 now what can be done about it. I made a report today about I haven't received my items. Big Lots closures your business claims to have been selling items. On January 23 25 I placed an order for the amount of $61.61 BWAL STORE showed London was the location. Again I placed an order on January 23 2025 for $61.61 and the order # given was BL2025012310**** now can you trace that number that may not even exist.
