Bushtopia. Scammed twice by them - Sterodrip and Zonin, They in China, but said they shipped from the US. Lied

Ordered dog fence and never recieved ut. Contacted Steriodrip, the company name they used. They told me I had recieved it, which I had not. They got rude in answering my emails after that. Now they are offering me half my money back, because they are out of the fence. Bushtopia also used the name Zonin to sell this fence. Bushtopia continues to change its name and scamming people, I've been scammed twice now. Stereodrip and Zonin are the 2 names they got me with. They scammed me too. Sterodrip claimed they delivered my package, but I never recieved it. After ordering I waited 3 weeks, then emailed them to check the status of my order, and they blocked my emails. Zonin blocked my emails when I sent one inquiring about my order. At this time I still can't get through to them .
