I ordered the treadmill shown on Facebook. Item stated delivered, photo shows it was delivered at a completely different street. I contacted support, they apparently shipped another one but couldn't provide a tracking number. After several emails back and forth, "yuri" contact person stated she would issue refund minus shipping. I was ok with that and still haven't heard anything since.
