Shoes did not come in a box. They are very poorly made; not leather, zipper gets stuck. I want to return but there is no paperwork in the bag it came in.The shoes took about a month to get to me. I tried to contact the company, only got a chat bot to talk to. I just got them today after ordering Dec. 31. They are very poorly made. they claimed to be Lennox & Gray shoe company out of New York that was going out of business. I paid $49.95. I will contact my credit card company.
