I ordered a garden ornament from an advert on Facebook advertising garden ornament sale.The firm were called boateng. I received a pair of earmuffs. I left a message on their Facebook page but got no reply. I also emailed with the same result.
When I tracked the parcel which was delivered by royal mail I realised that it was them who sent me the earmuffs
I know I didn't lose much but it's still a scam

all ads on Instagram and Facebook are scams. Unless a brand name. Everyone I know has been scammed and you can never get your money back. Do not order from social media sites.
