I ordered 2 garden ornaments and received a scarf . Probably because the item is tracked and of course they can say they made a delivery . Boateng said that they had a UK depot . Delivery was made via a 3rd person in the UK . Postage said Shipper not seller . Martin (HDS) return address Unit 4 Litchfield rd business park Aston Birmingham B65SN. I will keep photos of product , email or receipt and photo of packaging but cant upload at present. I'm in England UK.

I have tried to ring someone on the business park but only get an answer of caller not known.Not sure of where to go next?

I have today received a spall 48h tracked parcel with a small greenish handbag inside that I didn't order and have no idea why it arrived with my full details on it my bank accounts don't have any activity except for what I have ordered online etc, I am a male of 70 years old and have no young lady that I don't like to give the bag to, I would feel ashamed to give it as a gift to anyone, if I can attach a photo I would the return address is the one everyone has noted being in Aston Birmingham UK. my banks have just told me to keep an eye on my accounts for any activity that I don't recognise.

I ordered a dog bath, received a key ring. They are currently responding to my email and say they will sort this but reading other people’s experiences makes me think this is unlikely.

Like SPabove ordered dog bath and got key ring. Will be contacting my bank and see if they can recover money as it is obviously a scam

Yes that website is a scam contact your bank immediately they send something that costs next to nothing so when you try to dispute it your bank or cc company won't let you because it shows the package was delivered to you just not what you ordered
