Bizarre plastic item mailed to me, 4868 Duff Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246, USA

4868 Duff Drive, 45246 Ohio, United States

I received a very bizarre plastic item that I did not order from 4868 Duff Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45246. There is only the address which states to contact the seller directly as they are the shipper-scam!

I am not sure why and I wonder how they will try and scam me.
