Safety Report: Billbo.shop Scam advertised on Facebook, Lichfield Rd, Aston, Birmingham, UK

SAME AS ME 3 RAISED GARDEN BEDS STEEL AND WOOD AND I GOT A PAIR WINTER GLOVES! SO FRUSTERATING TO HAVE SO MANY SCAMMERS! Yes it's a scam you actually ordered something else and what ever it was it never came in and instead you received a ring they then use delivery receipt to the cheap item and not what you actually ordered to then write fake reviews so they can scam more people! Happened to me too except with pair of gloves! I actually ordered 3 raised galvanized steel garden beds for 75$ which never came and they instead purchased a 1$ pair of gloves and sent me those under different company name and then kept the difference in $ and used the delivery retro post more fake reviews to scam more people. Think about what you ordered that never came in!! Mine was on marketplace on facebook ad.

i recieved the same thing i emailed there support and they want me to mail what i recieved back but my cost to ship a ribbon to china was 55 dollors. and they siad they would reimburse me, i figured out then it was a scam, most companies would say keep that 2 dollor item, i ordered a 50 inch touch screan gamming table. how do u get that confused with a ribbon, i payed 265 for the table. 265 lost

Exactly same here. Got fabric strips instead of garden bed. They are not willing to do a full refund!

Why is the original tracking number exchanged Why doesn't the package arrive with the original label? This is when the stealing happens. Can't anybody investigate this??

I wish I had done more research, scammed me to. Same scenario. I was going to complain on Facebook but they have blocked me and I can’t find page.

This also happened to me. I ordered a treadmill and receives a strip of fabric. They asked me to send the fabric back and they would refund me, which luckily they actually did and I got money back. They said they would refund the postage I paid but now they are saying they won’t do that either. Absolutely disgusting scam company.

This happened to me also. Ordered and paid for 1 raised garden bed, and just received a strip of fabric.

Same! I ordered a cookware set and received a strip of fabric. I refused to pay to ship it back and requested a refund. After some back and forth emailing I ended up getting a 70% refund and now have a strip of material that serves as a reminder to never order anything from Instagram. If the deal seems too good to be true just put your credit card away…because it is.

Same as me order the laser project thing and got a pice of fabric instead and I agree Facebook should be liable for this shite scam scam scam

I ordered an air mattress and also received a scarf. I did email their Support team who said I would get a refund which I have never received yet!

I was ripped off by this scam as well. I ordered a work table on IG and received a piece of crappy fabric. It came in an envelope with a tracking number.
