I haven't received anything, I'm telling them now for the 10th time.
I can't pick anything up at the post office, supposedly delivered, but it's not true.
The house here is staffed 24 hours a day, NOTHING WAS DELIVERED!!!
You are the sender of the package and I should take care of it???
