I ordered some clothes from them and never received them something needs to be done so i can receive my money back please help

Report it to your credit card, as a claim, you will get temporary credit. And the bank from which you have the card will fight for a refund. If they don't win – credit is yours. If they win, the seller will be forced to give you a refund and temporary credit will be withdrawn. Dealing with a dishonest seller is long and painful, believe me! Because I did.
