I ordered some items from Sheni I made a mistake thought it was Shein I got an Email saying order was received no phone number no way of communicating

Iv done the same 2 weeks ago ...banks should be insured so we get our money back as its fraud
I did same...thought it was Shein
I did the same thing thinking it was Shein. But it was Sheni USA. They sent me an email thanking me for signing up with them gave me a tracking # for my order but can't seem to track anything. I do believe it is a scam and I will contact my bank for a refund.

Unfortunately I also thought it is SHEIN. Bought few things but since I can follow my order and also got my order number (there is probably a fake tracking system behind it, which updates in 2-3 days). It looks like my order is since 15 days in my country, but I suggest it will never arrive. I paid the price, Im angry at myself, but nothing I can do. Im just worried, coz I had to type my card details to pay, so scammers might have it all. I will call my bank today to avoid the further incidents.
Same here. The tracking system is sketchy. After almost 2 months, it indicates that the packaged was delivered. It was not. I’ve been in contact with SHENI (who posed as SHEIN on Facebook). They claim that their logistics company will not refund them but if I pay the $15 shipping charge, they will be happy to ship the items again. You fooled me once…no thank you! I doubt I’ll ever see my initial purchase money again, but I will not go down quietly. BUYERS BEWARE!
UPDATE: I found my original confirmation email from SHENI. I clicked on “continue shopping” and it now leads me to the exact same shopping page but now called JCP instead of SHENI.

I suffered the same way. They blocked my access to the shopping page, or maybe the respective page no longer exists. I replied to the initial order confirmation message. They replied that they are sorry and have no way of refunding the money given for the purchased products.
Has anyone managed to get their money back?
Same here. Waiting 4 months now. Have a message shop is closed
