I ordered this welding product, was charged for the product was never received, is this a scam ; if so my credit card company will be on you.I do prefer the product ID there even is one.

I got something in the mail from them but it's not no welding machine I'm working out of town right now.. My roommate said it was a soft package that came in a mailbox.
