Bait and Switch Scam on Facebook, Carrington, ND, USA

I ordered an item on a Facebook advertised account from Keathers Fottyes, 450 Danito Ct, Chino, Ca 91710-000, at least that's the address on the package which arrived at my home in Carrington, ND. I paid $80.80 for "Promotion 70 OFFGlowStep Orthopedic Low Heel Cut-Out Sandals Black85." What arrived in a flat plastic bag was something made from cheap plastic and fake leather, nothing like the ad on Facebook. I researched the company online and found that it has a variety of similar spellings with accounts of it being a suspicious company which deals in "bait & switch" scams. I don't understand how Facebook can allow a company like this to advertise on its site. Please investigate this company and let me know what you found out. I've reported this scam to PayPal, and they are in the process of investigating them. I'm awaiting your response.
