On 20 February 2023 I ordered a "home centric smart safe" from an advertisement on Pinterest. I was charged $49.98 by "AB * Yeager Internet". On 11 March 2023 I received a shoulder bag with a smiley face on it. The order number on the bag, AG12538****CN, matched the shipping number for my order of the safe. The address from which the bag was shipped was 20526 59th Pl S, Kent, WA 98032. There is no telephonic or physical address contact information on the original order, credit card transaction, or received item other than the return address on the shipped item. I responded to the shipping email, whose return email address matched the returns / help information on the email from the original order: service@support24h.store. There has been no response. I have disputed the charge.
