Purchased two pairs of jeans. Both too big. Emailed company asking for return instructions and label. They said they would exchange only. I told them I want full refund. They offered a 20% refund. Unacceptable. Have exchanged several emails. They wanted photos. I sent photos of jeans, labels and packaging. They sent a size chart. I sent them my measurements. Still no refund nor acceptable solution. Do not buy from this company.
