So I was playing a game on Facebook and an ad popped up to buy a cordless dyson sweeper for a mere $49.99. It showed alittle video of this dyson and it said HSN, which i thought was home shopping network and i ordered. It ends up a scammer out of China, they sent me a tracking a number and the day it says delivered to me, was an envelope with a smiley face, almost like a keyring. That is what they used to be able to say the product was delivered. The scammers dont even have a email or phone number or name of a business. I dont know how Facebook allows them to do ads on there

That's the same address I receive a scarf not my chairs.

user-mqzf7638

Same! Did you order the sun chairs with the hole made so you can lay face down?

user-hhqyx486

I did. what can we do about this?

user-hxmqf718

Same thing with me. What can we do besides reporting.

Check your credit card and bank statement for this fake charge. File a dispute charge with your credit card company or bank. Put a block on your credit card if possible and order a new card with a new number. Don’t pay them and keep whatever they sent you. Scammers deserve to lose any money they spent on the fake product and mailing cost.
