was charged $22.23 on 4/12/23 have no idea who these people are and never ordered from them. I am finding out that in the last 6-9 months, every month there is a credit card charge from an unknown company in Great Britian.

Contact your card issuer or bank with the number on your card immediately and report the fraudulent charges. They may refund, freeze your card, and give you a new replacement.
I ordered a pool cleaner and I received a cheap ring. I reported the situation to my credit card. Suggestion: Send a final advice / statement giving them 2 working days to be reimburse. It worked, I had my money back 5 days later.
