I was ripped off by the Movakau website, an online clothing store. I ordered clothes for 221€20 in total. And instead of the clothes I paid for, I received a €9 toc ring that I never ordered. How do you file a complaint and where can you report them in order to win your case? I kept all the exchanges with this Movakau site as a screenshot for proof. Thank you

if you ordered anything online this is what you got instead. They claim its a "GIFT" to you to ensure your mailing address is correct. Its a big scam to take your money and leave you without your ordered item.

Just happened to me im like what is this crap luckily i googled and found out its some sort of scam but i wonder if they have my name and address what more do they have and what is the equal link between me and everyone else ive seen post on here and more the only thing ive done ordering online was amazon and 1 you tuber i watch ordered merch from him
I also received a mystery ring from a Tevin James in San Gabriel CA I did not order. I have checked my online orders, nothing on eBay, But I did order from one of those fly by night Chinese companies on FB recently, and got scammed by... See More a FB Marketplace seller who had my address and got 60 bucks out of me, so could be tied to them. The ring is barely above a gumball price with an adjustable back like costume jewelry you bend till it fits. They spent more on the packaging with a box and paperwork certifying the authenticity of the Moissanite ring, plus the shipping than on the ring itself which is not a style I would wear or gift. There are no invoices, reciepts or any form of contact information inside the package or on any of the supposed paperwork for the "Global Gemological Research Academy" that certified the ring I did not order. I received 2 shipments today with GRA Moissanite rings that I never ordered! Comes with details about the gemstone and a card that they want you to scan (which I did not do)
