Mova scam on the “clothing liquidation” website, Lens, France

I was ripped off by the Movakau website, an online clothing store. I ordered clothes for 221€20 in total. And instead of the clothes I paid for, I received a €9 toc ring that I never ordered. How do you file a complaint and where can you report them in order to win your case? I kept all the exchanges with this Movakau site as a screenshot for proof. Thank you

Have you filed a complaint with the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs, Competition and Fraud Prevention?
I also ordered on this site and yesterday I received exactly the same ring... the prices are so attractive that a lot of people have to be fooled...
oh, so I got this ring instead of clothes!?
