Purchased Tupperware Tupperware merchandise via Facebook “TUP for health.” Package no. 12574******. On account statement: BWAL SHOP. GB-EC2A4-London. Order on Facebook for a purchase of dishes, kitchen equipment from the Tupperware brand on January 23, 2025. Still not received my package; and impossible to reach customer service by email, email address not wrong but the email does not know how to be delivered. I waited because the postal strike slowed down the arrival of packages. I sent an email to customer service but this email was not delivered without being wrong. That makes me think of a scam. In addition, I no longer know how to open the proposal Here is the email received after payment of my Tupperware purchase on Facebook on January 23, 2025. Everything seemed normal to me (usual method when buying online) when ordering, paying and receiving this email. I waited because I was thinking of a delay in delivery (mail, package...) given the postal strike. I think I am the victim of a scam because to find out where the progress of my package was, I sent an email to customer service and despite the fact that there was no error in the email address reported, my email could not be delivered several days in a row. Despite my vigilance, I think I have been ripped off. Thank you for your service and possible advice.
