I made a online purchase from Walmart,it arrived a day late,no biggie,was informed of the late arrival. Well a couple of days passed and I got a message saying that, your order has been shipped. Not my order what I purchased I had already received, so I overlooked it. Today when the mail came, I got another message saying my order was dropped off. I went through my mail and discovered a small packet, inside was a piece of cardboard and a a letter thanking me for my purchase. How does this thief track US Mail? I Googled his name and it lead me to this site haven't noticed anything on my bank account yet, going to keep a eye on it just the same
