Having a problem with a delivery, Tracker is saying it was delivered. It was not. I received a ring, I didn't order. I ordered 13 items. My account was charged. I believe this was a scam. Clothing was from JC Penny clearance items. I am going to report it to my bank. I also have the package & the mailer's package ID SKM00000158034
