I never ordered this strange package from this address. I did however order human dog beds and ball that you throw and they return to the thrower. I have been charge for these items. May I please have a refund for the above items. You can have this little trinket back.I'm in Tipton

Exact same thing happened to me. I got a cheap bracelet I didn't order. I ordered the bean bag oversized beds.
I did the same and received ear muffs???
I ordered chairs on what I thought was QVC got charged for them but received a cheap brown scarf.
