An unauthorized charge to my debit card, El Paso, Texas, USA

I ordered 2 bottles of GlucoBio under a special price of 27.75
They charged to my debit card the amount of 149.88 and sent me 5 bottles. I already made a dispute but as they had already sent it to me i lost the dispute. I can't afford to pay that amount since my social security check is low. This month I couldn't complete to pay my rent. I dont know what to do.
