An Amazon driver hit my front fence, Bothell, WA, USA

An Amazon driver, not delivering to me, hit my front fence & drove away at my front yard, An Amazon driver, not delivering to me, hit my front fence & drove away. No note was left and he did not tell Amazon. I have been fighting this claim for a month now and Amazon does not want to pay to have my fence fixed.
