Safety Report: Amazon unsold box orders weeks ago and not received, NJ, USA

This was an add on Facebook that was portrayed as being direct from Amazon but I learned later when I reached out that they weren’t associated with Amazon. . I think they took my money and aren’t sending promised goods. It’s been more than two weeks now. I was made to think it was coming direct from Amazon in a couple of days and still nothing even after reaching out to them twice. Next stop report the fraud to my credit card company. Please advise
