Amazon qilten scam, Leeds, United Kingdom

Amazon qilten scam, Leeds, United Kingdom

Leeds, England, United Kingdom

I am embarrassed to say but I have been scammed! A friend who bought a genuine Amazon return box and got a host of great branded products worth in excess of maybe £500-£700 for less than £200, sent me what appeared to be the link so I ordered two mystery boxes £52 and then eagerly awaited 2 weeks for the delivery of my boxes. Today the very small package arrived and inside was 3 items all made in China. The first was a cheap watch (no brand) which does not seem to even turn on, the 2nd item was what I can only explain as a gameboy style toy from year 1995, again from China branded as SUP GAMEBOX, the 3rd item a pair of ear buds with no name on the box, no brand and weighed less than a postage stamp! After checking on each item on the internet I appear to have items worth a total of about £18 (even less on ebay) what an absolute scam this has been! What seems to have happened is that my very clever mobile phone has been listening to me and gave me an advert on the subject and I have jumped on to it, and it was fake. While I did get items, they were not as advertised on the screen as it made out that the mystery box would have a collection of well-known branded products that have been returned to Amazon as unwanted items that you can buy from them for a reduced price. DO NOT FALL for this it is a con! For reference it seems you are dealing with Amazon at the start but you are not, Amazon logo but its false, Amazon details all fake, order number etc, then when it gets to the dispatch stage all the details I got were from a company called QILTEN. COM, dispatched by a company called YMT. No doubt I will never find this company or my £52 a real lesson learnt here, I am so angry with myself for falling for this. The only contact details I have is this email info @qilten. com which gets no reply and qilten. com which does not go anywhere.
