Billyboming ltd had a tent for sale; one that I had been looking for. I approved payment on 7/10/24 to come out of my bank. In looking at my statement the money was taken out on 7/10/24. I am looking for a refund as camping season is almost over in USA

Ordered pants on August 19th. Payment immediately processed and order confirmation sent with processing of 3-7 days. Emailed them on 8/31 with no response . Emailed their “customer support” on September 4 and email domain doesn’t exist.
