All falsely advertised, 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA

9208 Charles Smith Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, 91730 California, United States

Purchased 8 defective Katuchef Cutting Boards for $216.31. The 1st four were $152.35, the next four were $63.96. All falsely advertised.

Package was so beat up; they did not even put product in a box. The boards are defective with almost a 2" jagged knife-like edge up by the handle to the corner. They are supposed to be scratch resistant (as they were advertised). I used 1 board one time to cut a lemon and there are numerous scratches on the board. Definitely false advertising and misrepresentation. They refuse to refund me my money and say I must purchase the 1 board I used, but of course it will be at a greater cost, because the more you buy, the cheaper they are. They informed me their policy dictates this. The 1st four were $152.35, the next four were $63.96. I purchased them to give as gifts. I do not want to give defective gifts to anyone. I was offered a 25% discount to go away. I want all of my money back and the cost of shipping for these defective items that were misrepresented and falsely advertised. The website on my credit card bill is: checkoutera. com and the customer service email is: support @heyhelp. cc. They keep saying they are sorry the product doesnt meet my expectations. Of course not, they are defective.
