I ordered a 5 inch hair prosthesis and they delivered an 8 inch one. I thought I ordered from the USA, but I was asked to return it to China, which is too expensive. I provided them with photos of what is wrong with the prosthesis, but they refuse to reimburse me even though their advertising ensures a 30-day return guarantee. They are fraudsters.
