I ordered a handbag and I am dissatisfied so I want a refund, however, several times I tried to send emails to cabanna (the kind of store that sold the bags) in question: no returns and no telephone number to reach them to reimburse me. I am wondering if it is not a scam, I want to receive a refund, thank you
