I made an order on 26/03/2023 at TCIZO China online, which I never received, after that, I contacted them by email, and they replied that the package was probably lost and that they were doing everything necessary to reship me another package, it's been 1 month now and looking at the trace of my parcel, it arrived at the sorting center (where I don't know), I made it to them An email and they replied to me today, that he had a lot of work and that my package was going to be shipped. I think I myself am boating, I requested immediate reimbursement and I am waiting for their response. Well Regards
