On 25/11/23 I made online purchases at “beceipt.com” what I purchased never arrived, I kept in communication by mail with a woman named Kelly, stating that the package had been delivered to the address, I told her that she will search her files for the acknowledgement of receipt to verify who signed the receipt and her answer was that my order was delivered. To another person, and supposedly to me, they had mistakenly delivered one to 'lenses' (which I never buy) because in order to send me my order, I had to return the lenses, so I told them that I never received such lenses, but if they send me a date of the acknowledgement of receipt, I can verify who signed the receipt and I will claim them for their respective return, well the truth of the case is that they never sent me an acknowledgement of receipt and that they had lost a lot of money in shipping and in the merchandise, and therefore only They would return 10% of the purchase, money that they have not yet reimbursed to this date, there is no physical address to allocate related emails
