I placed an order for clothes with what I believed to be a reliable supplier (SHEIN), investing my trust and £34.26 in the transaction. The posting date was 29 March 2024, and the transaction date was 28 March 2024.
Transaction: GDSTRADEOVVO Singapore SGP Exchange Rate: 1.694688 Ref: MT24089006500001001****
Nothing was received, even thought a tracking number was emailed to me that showed the item had not only been sent but also delivered to my address. In spite of at least 6 emails to their so-called customer service silly @peachcher. com, who kept telling me to be patient, the goods were in transit. Nothing has ever arrived.
Is there any way I could be refunded this amount?
