I was charged for Organic Coconut Coir for plants that I ordered on 2/17/24 in the amount of $69.92 to my credit card through PayPal, but never did receive order confirmation or shipping updates. I contacted the shipper and they said they contacted the company and asked them to expedite the order, but that it may take awhile because they get inundated. WTF?I reported the incident to PayPal just now. PayPal asks that you contact the shipper at the address I reported here, but no response. Hope they refund my money or I will be very unhappy. Anybody having problems getting refunded through PayPal? I thought they vetted their vendors.

I ordered the same thing from crafsouvent for $14.28 but it only gave me one option to pay and that was through PayPal. Paypal added tax to my order. When I discovered paying through PayPal wasn't a one time thing I called and cancelled. In the mean time my Bank has paid out that money to PayPal. I called them and they were giving me the run around. The PayPal Rep tried to tell me the money was in the air and to call my Bank to retrieve it. Lol. I demanded to speak to her supervisor. We will see if he calls me back. I worked in an office before and I know if you receive money for a closed account you can't just keep it.
